The card reveals are still coming thick and fast. In this article I cover Ragnaros Lightlord, Mukla Tyrant of the Vale, and Cult Apothecary. This brings the total revealed so far to thirty four.

Ragnaros, Lightlord appears to be another tool available to Control Paladin to go alongside . It is even harder than usual to place this card without context though, as it is not clear how an 8/8 minion will fare in the new meta. It is also difficult to know exactly which balance of Control Paladin will end up being built. For instance,  might end up being nerfed. In that case Ragnaros, Lightlord would be better placed than if there is no nerf. It is also possible that with , , Forbidden Healing, and  available, that the new Ragnaros simply doesn't make the cut. On the other hand, it might be just the card needed to round out the curve.

Mukla, Tyrant of the Vale has a decent enough statline. It might well find a home in a deck with strong synergy with the bananas, such as Tempo Mage.

At first glance, Cult Apothecary seems to be the replacement for , but it doesn't really do the same thing. Usually when it heals you for a large amount, you're going to take a lot of damage the next turn. If it doesn't heal you for a large amount, then the stats aren't good enough. Antique Healbot was often used to gain life back after fending off the enemy assault. Different ways will have to be found to use this card if it is to make an impact in Standard.Boogeymonster, Renounce Darkness, Xaril, Infest: .Undercity Huckster, Tentacles for Arms, Spawn of N'Zoth: .N'Zoth the Corrupter, and lore: .Hallazeal, Soulless Manipulator, and N'zoth's First Mate: .DOOM! and N'zoth's Tentacle: .Forbidden Healing, Herald Volazj, Corrupted Tauren: .*Klaxxi Amber-Weaver, Ancient Shieldbearer, C'Thun's Chosen: .*Note: Corrupted Tauren is actually called Infested Tauren.
